Refund policy

RETURNS

As of January 1, 2023 we have updated our return policy to match the industry standard, which is that we will not be accepting returns of any opened items unless product has been determined to have a manufacturing defect. To inquire about a defect please use the email used when ordering the part and contact us thru the chat available on every page in the bottom right corner. All opened returns not approved will not be refunded.

If unopened return to us for full refund, no approval needed.

If your order has an incorrect, or missing item, you must contact us via the website support chat (bottom right corner) within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Include a picture with all items in the package for verification.

For all products not made by us, please contact the manufacturer for product issues. Do not return to Tactical Development.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit or credit card, within 7-14 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at using the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of this website.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance, one time promotions or flash sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at using the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of this website.
